Susan Stafford, the daughter and sister of attorneys, literally grew up with legal talk at the dinner table. Knowing she was fascinated by law but uninterested in a legal career, she has put her skills as a detail oriented professional planner to use with state, national, and international legal associations and firms. Stafford currently serves as the Executive Director of the AAML Florida Chapter, a position she has held for fifteen years. She has also served as Executive Director for the International Association of Family Lawyers where, among other things, she oversaw international meetings before opening her own firm. A mother of three, Stafford has served on numerous professional and community boards and served as the Chair of the Board of Directors for the School of Arts and Sciences successfully overseeing both an expansion project as well as a full school replication.
